I assume he has good cut speed? Very average stats eapecially 49 time but if he can make crisp cuts on his routes then he may have an advantage in vert/height.

Brown says, "Tennessee just offered."

Brown was the state's Gatorade Player of the Year. He has been an impact for the Pride since his freshman year and had a super junior season. The 6-2 175 Brown made 67 catches for 1,235 yards and 18 TDs. On defense he made 26 tackles and 4 INTs.

Stop hanging on the 40 times. His offer list is borderline elite, don't you think there's a reason for it?

From ESPN.

But Monday morning brought some good news for Brown, on two fronts. First, Brown said the injury was an AC joint sprain, and that recovery time would be limited.

But that wasn't the only bit of good news Brown received following the tournament, as Tennessee entered his recruiting picture with an offer on Monday morning. It pushes him to around two dozen offers, but Brown still sees it as the beginning of the process.

"Tennessee is a great program, and I'm really excited to get in more contact with the coaching staff," he said. "I'm just happy to know I have many different opportunities to move on to the next level, but it's motivation to keep me working hard right now."

Brown holds offers from schools such as Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Stanford, Vanderbilt and Wisconsin, among others. There likely will be a fierce in-state battle between Arizona and Arizona State for his services, but Brown wants to go through the entire process and likely won't be turned off by distance.

Jalen Brown is FOX Sports NEXT's No. 7 wide receiver in the country and is one of several west region prospects piling up on the Tennessee offer list. He says he plans to visit the Vols, along with Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Ohio State and Vanderbilt, this summer. Brown is not a prospect that desires early playing time but is a candidate to enroll in January.

ESPN update on Jalen Brown.

At this point, Brown isn't in a rush to move through the recruiting process and he said he has his sights set on another group of unofficial visits. He said Oregon, Oregon State, Tennessee and Vanderbilt could be schools he sees later this summer. In addition to those programs, Brown also holds offers from Arkansas, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Stanford, UCLA and USC.

Says he wants to visit Tennessee, however no timeline was provided. Sounds like we could sneak in if we get him on campus.

Committed to Oregon. Top 2 of Vandy and Oregon, and his "crystal ball" was 67/33 Vandy.

Vandy's class is going to be pathetic this year.

It will be a nice going away present for them from Franklin.

I would be wary of any football program that made me hold a dog boner on my visit. Maybe I'm weird.
