"The visit to Tennessee went really well," Hardin said. "We went up there the day before Wake Forest's spring game. We toured the facilities. Everything was first class. It was all extremely nice.

"I spent a lot of one-on-one time with Coach Mahoney. I think he is a good man and good coach. I see him as a very honest person. He treats recruits just like his players. I really like that about him.

"I think Tennessee will be successful with Coach Jones coming in from Cincinnati. I know he was extremely successful there. They have a great staff with good chemistry. I think they will turn the program around.

GA Tech offered yesterday;

This was offer number ten for Hardin and he says several other programs are close to pulling the trigger as well.

"I think right now Vanderbilt, Tennessee and Kentucky are all very close to offering," he said. "I have been getting a lot of attention since the Rivals Camp and I feel like that was some great exposure for me.

In addition to Tech, Wake Forest, Cincinnati, Memphis, Middle Tennessee State, South Florida, South Alabama and Southern Miss have offered Hardin verbally.
