I can promise you Fulmer , boosters and Roy Adams had no prob handing out some donations. Have heard that from a cpl lesser players from Fulmers era.

Do remember watching a "day in the life of Kelley Washngton" film while at UT and saw he was driving a piece of crap purple Suzuki Samurai, or something like that.

My first thought was that UT could afford something much better....

Just to clear the air...all of the Skeeter quotes that I dug up late last night are from the summer, when DG came to Knoxville on an UOV @ the end of May. I went back to find the quote about what he said in regards to DG taking notes on each school, and ended up coming across all of these comments about VT and his mom...that's why I bumped them. I wanted to know if anyone remembered why he eliminated them or if he ever really said that he did (I know he mentions a top 3 and VT isn't in it, but want to know if he ever said they are out specifically). It doesn't really matter as we will know in about 9 hours. Sorry to create a stir.

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised at how well they are doing. Don't they have some NCAA investigation going on now? I thought that would scare some of those recruits away.

I agree with you, 18 year old kids are all fickle. Lest we forget, Eddie Lacy was a Vol until he sat down at the table and felt that god told him that he should go to Bama. The use of the lower case "g" is purposeful because it could not have been God since that god told him to go to Bama but maybe God will intercede for the Vols today. I think Green is probably going to UM but UT has a legitimate shot with Graham and Green's mother preferring UT. Fingers crossed.
