This. Solid post kid. Not sure on Michigan's running back situation, but I'm convinced that Green could make an impact for us right away. Playing time could be a huge underlying factor for him becoming a Vol. Very confident in our chances.:good!:

i think it's pretty awesome that these guys get to chat with coaches all the time and then post on this message board about it! we are pretty lucky that they have these connctions that i'm sure the coaches would want to remain private and choose to share it with everybody. most insiders i've heard about are all real stingy with info. lame!!

Yes, Tyler throws well on the run and he's added weight but I'm not sure our coaching staff is willing to expose our "franchise" QB like that. An ill-timed blitz on a bootleg w a QB that isn't mobile could be disasterous. We have to continue to try to keep him as clean as possible bc our staffs' jobs could very well depend on him staying upright.

I get what you are saying.. but you play to win the game and can't play worrying of injuries. Our staff's job depend on winning games. JMO
