Is Rivals just awful? They have this kid committed to FSU, with no interest in Tennessee.

Rivals automatically sets interest to all schools at 0 if a kid is committed. Until he decommitts , it stays at 0. It's just a flaw in their computer system, nothing to do with their being out of touch.
