BTW, per Hyams, Johnny Majors just released, and Phil Fulmer to be the new coach of the Vols. One of Phil's first things to do is work on future classes. Phil Fulmer has been in contact with Peyton Manning, and hopes to keep him from going to Ole Miss.

Don't forget the game that P. Price had, 4 catches for 199 yards and 2 TDs. The best WR in the game, according to "experts", P. Warrick had only 1 catch for 7 yards.

Al Wilson was always great, but I don't remember him turning in anything unusual or especially impressive in that game.

My recollection was he made numerous key stops at very crucial times. Perhaps nothing spectacular or mind-blowing, just very important plays at important points of the game.

Maybe my memory is playing tricks on me, I just seem to remember how the defense rallied around him time and time again.

Being a Floridian, I do distinctly remember how very few folks down this way gave UT much of a chance. My daughter had just received a swimming scholarship to UT...seeing UT win the NC shortly afterwards was so very special, especially for her.

He had an amazing season. Both Raynoch and E-Mo had more highlights in the NCG though.

I have wanted this kid in orange for two years----he's a beast of talent that just needs some time in the weight room and proper defensive coaching. I was so angry with Sunseri for simply ignoring him after he was hired----just didn't make any sense. If Butch is able to pull him in, I will regard it as the signature of this recruiting season. (I know, I know, I know, Lawson and Bell are ranked higher, but I am personally a fan of Levenberry and see great things to come from him in the future)
