gotta love fans that cant read dates on articles before a freakout....either way i recall seeing somewhere that there are off the field reasons that have scared teams off

Don't count out Michigan. Seems like they've been recruiting him harder than we have recently, plus his last visit was to their spring game.

I think there was another one, an interview with his dad who said something to the effect of "We really liked the Vols... not sure why they haven't contacted us in a while."

The date on the article is the point... we evidently stopped recruiting him a while ago, and no one can figure out why since he apparently had a high level of interest in us.

Skeeter alluded that we may be back in it for Livenberry. What's the latest and did teams back off him for any reason(s)?

Not aware of anybody backing off of him. We were a real player for him early on and then he did not hear from us after the coaching changes. Sounds like we must have patched things up with him.

I have a feeling we pull E.J. and Hatcher this class if our D keeps playing the way it does and we keep winning. JMO

E.J. would be a big pull. I don't know about Hatcher after how he has talking. I know our DL will make the job easy on the LBs. Also a LB class of Levenberry(small chance), Grace(better chance), Zanca, Vereen, Goeas, and the juco kid would be a very good haul.

EJ was big on the Vols before sirmon left. In fact he would have been one of our earliest commits. Himself and his father love the Vols. The more we show progress, and grit like we did against NC state with our LB, the more i like our chances pulling him.
