'13 TN RB Cornelius Elder

From Rivals Recruiting Chat today:

Corn was at Ohio State over the weekend and I think right now they're on the top of his list. They're pitching a multi-purpose type role for him and he seems to be pretty excited about it. In the end I just think it comes down whether or not he's comfortable going to school outside of the southeast

Elder is on another level than the first two. You need playmakers in EVERY class anyways.

He is not on another level than any of those listed. He is somewhat overhyped for his offense. His future is either out of a spread offense or on defense.

Yes, he is.

How is he overhyped for his offense? His future is in returning and in the slot or defense, but not sure how that makes him any less of a playmaker.

No, he isnt.

See what I did there. We can keep going back and forth with 'yes he is' 'no he isnt' if you want. Just opinion.

He has more offers than Young and Watson together.

Him being a slot or DB in college doesn't make him any less of a playmaker.

Just because he has more offers is not a definitive answer. I think many of those offers envision him on defense. I have a feeling it might not even stick with football anyways.
