So do you think the NCAA investigating us for 2 years straight under Fulmer was just a tour? (Straight cash homie got us out of that)

I'm saying what we did or supposedly did is not even close to comparable to the filthy things that Shapiro had going on down on south beach.

Wrong is wrong. I don't believe in any of this telling on the program crap. All these people should just shut their mouths. Just like the Bounty gate crap with the Saints. It should never have gotten out of the locker room period.

Oh come on man You honestly think what went on at Miami is equal to the secondary violations we had?

It's hilarious people think that you shouldn't go into the game to knock this guy out if he's a key player. I'm not saying cheap shot him or anything but I believe in running through his behind all game(especially QBs) until you get him out of there. Saban knocks Qbs out all the time. You think it's not on purpose. They blasted Arky's WRs all game trying to knock them out. I watched Jordan Jefferson as a freshman just get body bagged by Bama until they knocked him out. A lot of those hits were late too. Florida tried to do it with Tee Martin in 1999(Head Coach Spurrier). It happens people get over it.

I'm not talking about Kiffin, I'm talking about the 2 year investigation that happened under Fulmer's watch. We spent some money to get out of that one. Outside the lines did a story on us too about that a while back.

+1. I also find it equally hilarious how many people think that the saints are just an isolated situation. I can guarantee you that every NFL team does something similar.

I never said it didn't happen. I know it happens and the saints aren't the only team doing it.

But it shouldn't happen. There's no place in football for that garbage. Play straight up and try to whip the guy across from you one on one..no need to try and take out the other teams best player(s).

It's for cowards.

That is playing straight up. What the hell are you talking about? Run through him all game. If he doesn't get up after the play it's not your problem. I'm not saying try and break his leg or anything but I don't mind seeing a guy go out with bruised ribs. I like seeing guys with bruised sternums for coming across the middle. I'm not for all the helping a guy you just layed out up. Forget that show sportsmanship after the game. Play hard, mean, fast, and by the rules. That what I was taught and I believe in it dearly.

The way I see it, when a player has an incentive clause in his contract for sacks, that's pretty much putting a bounty on every opposing quarterback.

Where did u get that hes saying u shouldnt play physical and mean?? I think he's just saying cheap, illegal shots to knees/heads etc. A report says our own J. Greer from the saints was twisting A. Peterson's leg in the dog pile and it may have contributed to his knee injury.. Reminds me of the *ussy from vandy that got caught trying to cheap shot Mo Couch last season. I did my fair share of cheap shots in dog piles, but looking back, I'm not proud of em.. It's just a switch that flips when u put those pads on for some ppl.. Ive been there, but U gotta learn to draw the line though.

Thank you..thats all I was trying to say too.

I think you should try and punish the opposing team as much as possible..but try and seriously hurt or take them out of the game is garbage to me. Beat a man or team straight up and if you can't, you can't.

UT would regret missing out on Elder IMO. He will be dangerous in college.

I know he can play RB but I would love him in a Tavon Austin type of role. Don't know why he reminds me of those West Virginia style of ball players. At RB he looks just like a younger Steve Slaton.
