This is another guy VQ thinks UT is tracking and may offer in the future. He is also another player at Memphis East, same school as '12 recruits Will Redmond and Brian Kimbrow. He's got offers from Vanderbilt, Clemson, and UNC so far.

I think this kid is going to be a player.

Not sure to this point. Carlos from TN Varsity really likes his game. From what I've heard he isn't a freak athlete but has a good nose for the football and great instincts.
