CDD owes CCM. Stokes is only going to help our efforts in Memphis.

I've discussed that before and 100% agree. Stokes should be a senior in HS so he's only one year older than Herron. They grew up playing basketball together.

He would be the fifth committment.... the 4th from Tennessee for next year.

That is a quarter of the class full already.... o no!.... filling too fast.... ahhhhhhhhhh

If we are looking at a class of 16-20, kids had better be paying attention. If we are only taking 1TE, 2 RBs, or 2 DBs and they want to be a Vol, they better not wait around to enjoy the show. Their chance to wear orange could pass them right by.

I think we'll be taking 20-22. There is always attrition, and we didn't and probably won't sign a full class this year. We're looking at 5 commitments for the '13 class already and none of which are OLs. We'll take around 3 OL, IMO.

Actually he would be the 6th commitment, assuming Corey Smith is still committed. And I'm fairly certain that all of them are 4 star players (for the star watchers).

Corey Smith recently transfered from his JUCO to another one in Mississippi. IIRC, I believe it was the same one that had Jacobs and Autry. If that is the case I have my doubts that his coaches will be all that supportive of him signing with us. He'll probably end up at Miss State with our luck.

I was wondering about Smith and Dorsey since they had to transfer to the MS Juco. Dorsey sounded like he wanted to play with Smith but I thought that JUCO school didn't like UT the way we got burnt this past year.

Was Corey Smith even interested in any MS schools coming out of HS? I don't think he was. He was an OH kid. If he goes to this MS JuCo, and if he ends up choosing a MS school, that will only add confirmation to our already suspicious attitude towards those JuCOs.
