'13 TN ATH Jalen Ramsey (Former USCw, now FSU commit)

Sorry UT fans I guess I will pull for USC here. Coach said he did like not UA and Vandy might become a contender if he ends up there with the way they are recruiting. And definitely do not want to see him the 3rd Sat in October. Go Trojans.:)

I never said that, you read too much into it.

Thanks. Whatever he chooses, I hope it works out for him. He seems to be handling the process well unlike some others who think the world revolves around them. Will how the season goes for TN matter in his decision?

Aside from all the other mess on who has offered and who hasn't, it's a long time till NSD and some schools are going to get in and some are going to get out. At the end of the day Jalen is one of the TOP DBs in the country and many schools want him. He can only go to 1 and I just hope it is 1 of the schools close to home, so I can watch him regularly.

Especially that last part. Would love to be able to go watch him in person if he's as good as billed. That article about his shutting down M. North was exciting to read, would love to see that against the Jeffreys and Greens of the coming years' SEC.

Well, if he wants to play the best competition every week, he will choose the SEC. UT usually has one of, if not THE toughest schedule in the country every year.. We arent scared to play anybody, and i bet hes not either..Buck said he has the pitbull mentality, so I'm thinking he'd wanna play the uga's, fla's, bamas every season.. And u know nobody would show the home state boy more love than UT.

We gotta get both jalens... We will have a ridiculous d to go with our nasty offense for years to come!

I did and only saw he asked for permission to say what he posted. I did not see the Oregon statement, but from the quote about "IF he stays in the SEC, TN would be in the running" I guess Oregon is the team to beat. Does that sound right?:hi:

No... he is in Oregon for the Opening... USC is the team to beat...

FYI, Jalen Ramsey is visiting UW Huskies after the Opening, according to his father on TOS-247 chat, explaining why they flew into Seattle and drove down to Oregon, and also booked return flight from Seattle. Quotes well established relationship with Peter Sirmon, former Vol and current Husky LB coach.

Ramsey wants to go west, I think he will change his tune after a few months, I know I did.

just ran a 4.40 laser, unreal. We need this kid, but as just mentioned at the sparq combine, USC is his favorite.

thats what the announcer said after speaking with him. He said he will visit Washington soon. When asked if the in town state was in it, he said yes. As of right now USC is the leader

ESPN is usually clueless for what it worth and they also said that he would announce soon maybe after from returning from UW.

I really wish our staff would have got on him early he will be a beast CB wherever he ends up.

yes he will and it will be very sad if we miss out on him. I understand you cant get every best prospect from your state, but in my mind if we miss on him we've missed on the two highest prospects, with Frank herron being the other.

Top 7 for 4-star DB Jalen Ramsey (no order): USC, Tennessee, Vandy, Auburn, OleMiss, MissState, Washington. Likely will announce sometime before the season starts. My opinion hasn't changed; I believe USC is the team to beat. - K. Niebuhr
