"I'm looking at all of my options now," Williams said. "Going out of state is a good possibility. I like Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Those are my Top 3 out-of-state options."

Tennessee - "(Running backs) coach (Jay) Graham is a good coach. He recruited me for South Carolina and our bond hasn't changed since he's been at Tennessee. I'm considering them because of him."

I love seen that we are trying to get in on better high school wr prospects. I wouldn't mind signing four more recievers and among those four that tennessee has the best shot at i want.

Reggie Davis, FL
Mike Williams,SC
Paul Harris,MD
Camion Patrick,TN

that would be sick and Tennessee has an outside shot at all of them:rock:

Mighty good things are happening in recruiting. That's why I said I really thought last year's class was outstanding and so important. Many stayed true to early commitments that had many options to go elsewhere, all while the team was imploding and coaches were exiting. This year's class will get to see the benefit of revamped SEC quality schemes and a coaching staff that can truly develop players.

Williams is right to hang with CJG. He will wait and watch with the rest of us to make sure CDD has it headed in the right direction. If I'm a WR and know that I will possibly get to catch passes from Bray and most certainly from Worley and Peterman in a pass friendly offense that uses NFL schemes - I want to be there.

when he has a separate list of out of state schools... that pretty much tells me its either Clemson or South Carolina

From what I've read it definitely sounds like Carolina or Clemson with SC having an edge at this point. Supposedly has quite a bit of work to do on his grades this next year to end up qualifying though.

Lists Carolina, Clemson, Bama and UGA as the 4 schools coming after him the hardest. Still expect it to come down to SC and Clemson. At this point he is a long shot to qualify so may have to be recruited again if he ends up having to go the juco route rather than prep.

I don't believe Clemson is recruiting him that hard, or even if they still are. They led for Marquez North as of a few weeks ago, and wanted a wr out of Georgia, too.

Demarcus Robinson^ is the guy out of Georgia I believe. He has Florida and Clemson at the top of his list.

Not a good year for South Carolina instate recruiting. Lost out on the top 3 guys with Williams to Clem, Trammel Terry to UGA, and Michael Hill to OSU. Luckily it's a weak, weak class this year (SC only pursued 7 guys) but still... All 3 guys were favoring SC at one point and with Williams it was for most of the time until last week.

Long way to go until NSD though...

That's been the common theme with guys committing to Clemson...happens out of the blue when it appeared that a different school was leading for the said recruit. HEY, MUST BE THE $$$$$!!! :)
