I really hope Miller and Brown are both VOLS they will be great players. Dooley is a moron for saying that Miller didn't fit his system I watched his film and Miller lined up in plenty of 3-4 looks. Oh well the important thing is that Miller is all VOL on signing day and will be a stud in our new scheme.

That is because Dooley's system is to never pressure the qb and let him have a career game at every opportunity.

I can see Dooley saying Miller didn't fit his system. Dooley wanted space eaters up front. CBJ doesn't run the same defense so Miller fits in better. The fact is it's getting tougher and tougher for D-linemen to gets sacks in college with virtually every team going to short quick passing games with mobile quarterbacks. The number of sacks have been decreasing every year across the board not just at Tennessee. That said we haven't had the athlete's to even pressure the QB's let alone catch them once they are flushed from the pocket.

Chongo was rumored to be a commit. Much like Miller is. There in lies the reason for my comment. Had nothing to do with the North situation. :hi:

Hubbs and the VQ mods have consistently said we're the team to beat. Looks like he's just waiting to announce on NSD.

I agree with you. That's been my read. They even said Georgia Tech (biggest competitor) is not sending him a letter to fax in o signing day because they know where he's going. All Vol!

what time is he set to announce? I hope he realizes how much he would mean to this team...has great potential.

Hopefully jones has called miller and told him to go ahead and commit since Lawson is staying with auburn
