'13 QB Charlie High vs. '14 QB Devin Smith

I'll take Riley Ferguson this year and Devin Smith next year if he continues to improve. Also like his WR #4. Smith just makes a few questionable decisions that 4 saved him on as well as floating the ball too much. Not sure of his arm strength but accuracy is good as well as footwork.

Can someone start a thread on Riley Ferguson by the way?It'll be a while before I have enough posts to do it.

I've seen both of these kids play. Charlie makes better passes more consistently...although he has forever to throw the ball. That could have something to do with it.

Watch out for Bo Wallace 2.0. Al Cobb from Giles Co could very well push to be the top QB in state for 2013.

Does not mean he cant play at all but keep in mind smith plays against the worst competition in TN high school football

SIgn a quarterback in every class. I don't care where they are from. However, if we can find good ones in state, that is a nice bonus

It says CAK's defense, which wasn't very good all year, was especially bad against Grace. High didn't have a very good game either, I think he had a couple INTs and a lost fumble. Grace plays in 1A and CAK plays in 3A. If you watched any Grace or CAK football game last year then you know High is the better QB and better prospect.

High is a good system QB that throws every down and is very accurate,Smith has great size and arm strength in the wrong system.I would go with Riley Ferguson this year and Smith for next.I think Grace plays 2A not sure but they did beat some good teams.
