'13 PA RB David Williams

Okay. Thanks for sharing your reasoning....

You didn't ask. Nice avatar btw. I bet whoever designed it is a cool cat.

It just appears to me that Williams is being put on the back burner in case we do not get Green. From all indications from OCI, Turman WILL be a Vol.

Apparently AJ Turman wanted to commit, but for some reason it didn't happen and I honestly believe it is the D.Williams/J.Strong factor. J.Strong is nasty and he makes all the plays to be elite. Any way this works out it is good for the VOLS! It's going to be all smiles in big orange country after Dooleys gets his first ranked win this weekend too.

SC is getting a visit from him after the season per their rivals mod
They think they have the best shot at him

So the question is other than Green who do we take if and that is IF Williams, Wilkins, and Turman want to commit?

Assuming they all want to commit I say Wilkins..

To me Turman is a poor mans Green and Williams is a poor mans Wilkins...Green and Wilkins would be a helluva "thunder and lighting" combination

SC fans think they have this one in the bag. Some of the posters on CockyTalk have even suggested they've passed on Bryant for Williams. They're looking to add speed over power at the RB position.

Interesting. USCe already has Jamari Smith who is similar to Williams, Kamara, Wilkins, etc.,---all considered APB's---and different by comparison to Bryant, Green, or Turman for example.

Whether Williams ends up at Carolina, the statement about Bryant is true. Coaches aren't recruiting him as hard as they were because they like Williams better. Better complement to the backs already on the roster- Mike Davis and Brandon Wilds are likely the top 2 next year and both are more power, north south style runners.

Lattimore may not even leave. Someone who knows him personally said he planned on staying four years, as of right now. However, accomplishments and money may change his mind, imo.
