I agree. Top 35 or so is where I think we should be when we are looking at backs. I was just trying to understand why the poster felt Barber was a take all day and Grayson was a scrub when he seems to be considered the better back.

Kind of where I am with it. Unless a top RB is orange blooded he ain't coming until the ship turns around. The last half dozen years should have told everybody that. The next tier Grayson, Barber, Ford, etc. grouping is OK if there is room. If getting tight, just pass until next season and get a really top back or two.

Grayson suffered a high ankle sprain Friday, Aug. 24, sidelining him for five weeks. The Yellow Jackets finished a disappointing 3-8 this season, failing to make it to the playoffs.

"I'm working on it [ankle]," Grayson said. "It's better. I played the last few games. It was feeling a little better, but I'm doing physical therapy and lifting, but it should be good.

Anything new on this kid? Rivals shows he has off from TN but he's not committed anywhere or been on any visits.

OV said he had a bad injury and would likely redshirt as a FR. With where we are, I think if the RB can't contribute as a FR the coaches are going to wait till next year. I guess we "hope" RB recruiting improves.

Best I can tell Grayson still hasn't signed anywhere. Not sure if it's due to his injury or what's going on with him. Just found it interesting
