Who would want to go to UM right now when they are going to get hammered by the NCAA. That place is a train wreck right now alone with the Marlins and they only get about 40,000 each game with no on campus stadium. P.S. South Beach is over rated

of his finalist UM is the best choice. Great history with TE and he'll be the starter from day 1.

Southbeach is OR for normal people but not UM football players..they still have the key to the city.

Those were different times back then and NOT Al Golden coaching. Miami program is going down fast and everybody knows it. My co-worker is a former Cane RB who played under Howard and even he admits this program is going to go thru very very hard times and need to start cleaning house starting with Donna Shalala. The Shapiro thing should have never happend and Shannon tried to prevent it but was told to shut up because Shapiro was giving tooo much money and you know and I know where these UM players walking around South Beach and the Grove got their big #@$ necklaces, diamond earrings, fancy suv's -cars, prositutes, $$$$$$, strip clubs and even Pata's Apt. They are going to get hammered bigtime by Uncle NCAA.

FSU and other colleges mainly SEC are cleaning house right now with recruits from Miami -Broward-Palm Bch. Kids know the deal right now with UM which will get worse the penalty than USC.

All you have to do is pass a basic math class. The requirement is, I think, the equivalent to Algebra II. I mean, seriously. The fact you can graduate HS with just that much math is astounding to me. No offense to anyone who this statement applies to. I just think it's crazy.

its just about getting the right pieces and being patient right now. Thats all what ppl in miami can do. eventually they will right the ship

This is a smart kid.. He knows what he is doing. UM is still a great education, beautiful women, and decent Ball with a history if good TEs. I'm not really surprised.

Canes still get who they want of of Dade and Broward. If they are elite UM will be there until the end. ie Tracy Howard, Deon Bush, Duke Johnson and on NSD Matthew Thomas.
