Just from the info I get I think Ben is ready to be a Vol but waiting on the academics to work out. I do think he is working on a backup option in case it doesn't work out. JMO

That would make sense. Losing out on talent like this for academic reasons hurts. Especially if he gets into a school like Nebraska.

I agree! We can talk about getting top flight players but if we can't get them enrolled, all the recruiting and all the facilities and even the coaches won't make any difference.

I have seen nothing to warrant these assumptions here. He failed to graduate to be an EE and has to take a winter class. That's a juco issue not a tenn one. Unless somebody can post more than that academics aren't the issue here

No idea about this guy and how it affects him specifically, but we can't pretend that this isn't a significant issue, overall.

It's a competitive disadvantage for a program that is already struggling.

If Missouri is in it still, then it can't be the Math class. Unless, Missouri and A&M have a year grace for that as well as the signing limit.
