'13 GA RB Keyante Green

Tyren Jones is an Ingram clone. I like a lot of the other backs we're in on(Kamara, Dye, Jones, D.Green, and Elder). Green would be a good backup plan now that he's supposedly loss his cutting ability. I hate it that a kids hard work backfired on him.

Isn't that what coaches and trainers are for? I seem to recall most of the board felt K. Green was near the top, if not on top of our RB board for 2013 4-5 months ago. If the kid "had" good cutting ability, but has dropped off as he has gotten to big lifting wise. Could good coaching/trainers not get him back to being a top of the line kind of back with some supervision of how to lift and keep his flexability? Is it to much to expect coaches, to actually do some coaching? JMO

Apparently his stock is dropping so he's old news for some. Funny how the board can go from nut hugging to not wanting just like that. Of course if he has a good summer he will be in all the mock classes again.

Exactly. His offer list shows that coaches think he is a possible elite talent, but yet because we haven't heard much about him in a while, now he's supposed to be yesterday's news. That's not at all the case, and this kid will rip it up his senior year.

If he drops the necessary weight and gets his explosiveness back, then by all means I hope we sign Keyante.

I really hope he's a part of this class. Good kid.

From the outside, he seemed really desparate to commit somewhere early.

Heard he may not be fully recovered, and he's wanting to secure a spot before they get a chance to really look at him as a senior. Kid just doesn't look as good as he used to.

We can and should do better.

good for kyante. it will be interesting to see how long his commitment does stand, but if he stays committed good choice for him. i wish him the best.

UCLA has a pretty good history of RB's, and Coach Mora likes a balanced offense. Really great pickup for them. Wish he could have came here.

We know he's already tried to commit to UGA, but I wonder if he called UT and tried to commit before deciding on UCLA.
