'13 GA QB Josh Dobbs (UT signee)

I thought I heard on the radio tonight while replaying some stuff from this week on 1180 that an offensive lineman said that Dobbs had told him that he knew the entire playbook already. I wonder if true
You heard correctly, and I'm sure he has. He's a smart fellow

It's gonna be a good battle. VQ said today that Ferguson was really throwing well and looked the better of the two. I'm excited for fall camp because I'm not sleeping on any of them.

Alll had great h.s. carriers. its a matter of poise under fire.:hi:

All the Dobbs disciples will hate hearing anything about Fergy looking the best. And they will blow it off like its bs. I don't care which one is the future. I just want UT to win.

Riley deserves more credit than he's received. Everyone has been forgetting about him, and shifting their focus to Dobbs. Dobbs is definitely talented, but so is Ferguson and he will come into fall camp with something to prove! With that being said, I think Worley is our QB for the 2013 season.

I've said all along I like Riley better. Both have good upside, but Riley seems to me like a competitor. I wouldn't be shocked if Josh starts though. Both are better options than Worley/Peterman IMO

Really? You're saying that the two HS qbs are better options this year? Maybe in time, but if they start day one that's probably not a good sign unless one of them amazes the coaches early

Nope. I think Worley is awful and Peterman can't throw. I would rather start a guy that can win now, and that to me is Riley. Saying they are true freshmen doesn't mean much when the experienced guys are not good.

Again all of this is JMO

When you get a full-stocked set of WRs for either one of them to throw to, then I’ll be happy to rip them apart. I simply can’t use snippets of USC games and MTSU to figure out if Worley can play. Same thing for Peterman.

Both Worley and peterman were really good in high school. Dobbs has a lot of work to do, especially on his release.

From everything I've heard (no inside info) it's going to be Worley. Ainge said he's the leader of the passing drills

If Ainge says Worley, my money is on Peterman, Dobbs, or Ferguson.

Dude has been making some of the sports animal callers seem reliable, lately.

If y'all really think Riley/Dobbs > Worley/Peterman y'all have lost your mind. Worley is not Simms. He is a former Gatorade player of the year. Worley will be our starter at least for the forseeable future.
