I don't understand the argument about Franklin. To me if CBJ mentions Franklin to USMC1 then he is letting him know the Vols are looking for another QB. At the time Franklin may have been the recruit du jour. In any event the statement also indicates that CBJ considers RF to be in the mix with the QBs that are already here. I don't know. Maybe the right thing to do is to bring USMC1 in on play calling too.

No, I'm pretty sure they will release another update soon after NSD at some point. I think it's because they don't get senior film on a lot of kids until January/February.

AndI ESPN lists him as a DT with a 4.94 40 time. Doesn't that time mean you are NOT a DT? That's getting close to Manning speed.

They also rank him as the #4 overall DT QB.

When it comes to ranking players, especially on a national level, 247 does a much better job. They also do a good job keeping-up with players, such as with interviews, updates, etc.

However, when it comes to UT in particular and recruits that UT is after, Hubbs and company are on point. They are on top of things, and they have the connections to the program.

It's a sad way to look at the situation, but I went over to 247 for those same reasons, and so many people here relay the VQ info., so it's easy to get it second hand.

I won't subscribe to either because we get all the info here, but I will be using 247 for rankings purposes from now on.
