I love how practically everyone on this board wishes him nothing but the best of luck.
It's like we're immune and used to great athletes choosing other schools. Like its no big deal...... "Oh he picked Auburn, oh well, man wish we coulda got him. I wish him the best of luck and hope he does really great!!!"
You people sound like a bunch of moms. Screw this kid. I hope he sucks.
If you followed his recruiting, it was hard not to like the kid. He didn't come off as a primadonna at all and was a pretty mature and classy kid.
That's why so many like him and are wishing him well. Seems like some could still stand to follow Lawson's example.
I followed his recruiting. Seems exactly like other kids that choose between another school and UT. Nothing personal just business.

Nothing wrong in wishing the kid well...just not when he plays UT. I hope we put his tail on the ground every play next year.
I hope Auburn loses to any team that we don't them to win against. End of story.
I hope the same for every SEC team. If Tennessee needs them to lose, for whatever reason, I hope they lose.
I certainly don't wish ANY opposing player 'all the luck in the world'.
To hell with that.
i WILL say "i hope you don't get injured"...but that's about as far as it goes. I most CERTAINLY dont wish him 'all the luck in the world.
If it is nothing personal- why toss in the "screw this kid. I hope he sucks."? Sounds like you are taking it pretty personally.
Those of us who do understand it is not personal, just business, are wishing him well because he made a decision that he felt was going to help launch his athletic career.
Can't fault someone for doing what they think is right. It isn't like he came out and said "Screw UT. I hope they suck."
