People always talk about letting threads die. IMO, it would be a good time for this one. How about we focus on Malik or EJ or kids actually considering being a VOL? Being this close to signing day, maybe a recruit notes it and sees that he is important to Tennessee fans. JMO

If he is not your friend, he is your foe. I want Auburn to lose every game but perhaps Bama. Beginning to question even that. I don't wish him harm but I don't wish the team I compete against any luck. I want all the luck and all the wins. I hope his life works out for him, but I want his team to lose every time out there. I want Florida, Georgia, SC, Vandy, and every team in the east to lose lose lose. I know when they have to play each other someone has to win. The only time I want Auburn to win is when they play a team in the east. GBO............Gardner will not help him on DL. He is not a good position coach just a good recruiter.

I would rather O'brien or any of the DL guys we sign to take Lawson's roster spot in the NFL. That would mean we developed them better and hopefully it translates into us winning more and guys who choose to be VOLS to be in the NFL. He made his choice. My choice it to cheer for my Jackets and Vols!

I don't always agree with you BPV. But, when any guy chooses a different route, fine because it is their choice. But, when they do, I don't care what the results of their career is. The worse other players do the better the chances are for the vols to do well. I don't pull for anyone else at another school unless somehow I have a friend or relative go play for them.

BTW .. wish it were an option to get GT back into the SEC.
Gotta respect any team that is in the VOLs fight song.

Technically not. Auburn just hired the guy many said was responsible for their NC. And Miss at least won a game or two they weren't supposed to. That's more than we've done since... well, in a hell of a long time.

Don't get me started on that. LOL........Bear Bryant is much responsible for that. Did not show up at meeting where GT left SEC to have his prez to vote on scholly limits. The Bama vote when opposite of what Bear told him he would make sure of and it was the deciding vote. GT promptly left the SEC at the same meeting as the vote. Thanks for the well wishes to GT.

He wasn't torn. He has always known he has wanted to be at Auburn. It was just a question of if he felt comfortable with their new staff or not.

We were always a back-up plan.
