He could also not want to spill to many beans and hurt the trust with the kid and father. I really don't think his mind has been made up yet.

I think what Uzzi posted is this, The info he has. I think Carl is torn between UT and the Barn. I think once he visits this weekend to Auburn he will choose Tennessee. The coaches have done it right. He said so himself. He didn't say the same for Auburn. He just said his gut is telling him AU. Smart kids don't make "gut" decisions. Lawson is a smart kid. Let it play out Vol fans before going to meltdown mode.

What Uzzi said is he hedges his expectations against his wants. He wants Carl at UT so he tells himself Carl is going to Auburn. That way if that happens he won't be as disappointed. Most likely takeaway is that he has no idea where Carl is going.
