I agree. IMO he visited out of respect for Pelton, whom he liked very much, and Roof, who recruited him. If it helps these gentlemen in some small way, Lawson would do that because he is a class act.

Agree. I wouldn't mind it going past Wed., if we can get Carl to come back on another visit. Just worried this weekend will bring him back to the reason he commited to AU. Hopefully not.

I see it the opposite. He is such a class act he isn't willing to waste any bodies time. Same reason no visit to UNC

ESPN article is up on Lawson talking about how UT has a secret weapon with Lawson because of friendships I assume they are talking about Jenkins, Lawson's former teammate.
I believe this is good news for us and I hope to see him ink with vols.
LAWSON ROCKY TOP ALL NIGHT LONG.

Carl really does seem to have a good head on his shoulders, rare for a kid this talented, but I like it.

The whole defensive staff was at Milton high school most of the day. They talked to both parents at lunch and later with Carl individually. He had a great time, nothing major just talking shop. I asked if UT moved the needle any and he said "not really", I then asked did they have to? He said "no, not really".

Carl visited GA Tech tonight (courtesy visit since his Dad played there on the national championship team and knows Pelton pretty well.)

No predictions on this one, just got to hope we did enough."
