I'm telling ya fellas this visit hinges on one guy: Garner. Lawson knows the score about the rest of the school, Auburn just has to sell Garner to him. Very tall order and I think that's why he is ultimately a Vol.

The scary thing is Lawson could very well go to AU, Green to AU or UM, Shelton sticks with WVU, Morris stays on the left coast, Boyd prefers to stay close to home, Bellamy to FSU, Kemp to UK, Barber to Ole Miss, Bell to Bama, North to UNC, and NSD would be a disaster. I hope it all works out in our favor, but there is a real possibility that Feb 6th could be a rough day. Hope for the best!!

The pessimist in me wants to say that's what's going to happen but the optimist in me says surely we will get one of those guys. I just don't like that they are still uncommitted. If Lawson commited to us I am pretty sure it would start q domino effect.

It always is somewhere in the middle...every year, for basically every team. That's what makes it so fun!:good!:

Auburn has what we don't have. A committed star player recruiter who is trying to pull a class together. That is how we have had great classes in the past.

Coaches can only spread the hot sauce but someone has to create momentum.

Now we have that in Carr. He will be here this weekend to help recruit Bell. Won't help with Lawson but we do have a star recruiter in our corner.

Who is that person for Auburn? Lawson is their big recruit and it doesn't look like he is doing much recruiting for them.

And Carr is recruiting Lawson and Bell too. Jenkins is apparently friends with lots of recruits from Metro ATL. We have players doing it.

I think Ferguson is trying to get North to Tennessee.

And Carr was pondering flipping to Bama just yesterday. Hard to sell other recruits on coming with you, when your not sure yourself what your doing. Using Carr as our shot to land Lawson or Bell may not be a very good arguement.

We really don't know that he was. He may have been trying to recruit Bell the whole time he was there.
