He sure loves him some sal. The fact that sal is his favorite coach and recruiter it gives me hope that once our defense gives him a product to look at then he will strongly consider a flip

there was another kid from like middle tennessee who was about the same build (as carl lawson) but couldn't qualify. i think he ended up signing with MTSU or something but still had to go JUCO. Dude was a monster.. anyone remember? I think he was the 2011 recruiting cycle.

Dunaway...yes...

There is another kid from mid Tenn this recruiting cycle...

Jarkeith Ruffin... He is now at West Lauderdale in Miss. for his senior season... He is 6'3'' 240 MLB.... has offers from miss. st. and ole miss... I should just probably start a thread on him...

J. Dunaway was a LB in HS, and he is at JUCO now. He is a good player, but he is not on the level of Lawson.

Lawson has the most explosive first step in this years class. He is also freakishly strong and plays with good natural leverage. He has a lot of pass moves already and shows the type of hands you want to see out of a DE\Jack LB. He will be good at both, but he is a first round pick at JACK. His body type is the perfect size and speed for a OLB in the NFL 3-4. He might as well get a jump on learning the 3-4 defense now since that is what he will be playing in the NFL.
