What a stupid answer! There is no traction between Lawson and TN, yet he just set up an OV for Jan 11? Yeah, ok!

This is by no means a slap at you or the Barn, but....if you make a lateral move, at least make it in the NFL--not to an SEC team with pending NCAA sanctions.

I understand the whole "alma mater" deal, but there's decent talent on this DL and its very good possibility that we add a DE/DT in the first round this year.

I said this before, but I think the Titans DL has played better as the season has gone on...yes, we're not nearly the best DL but it's a lack a talent, not coaching.

Morgan has improved this year, Jarrell Casey and Karl Klug are decent rotational guys...Wimbley has been somewhat of a disappointment, but I didn't have high expectations for him anyway.

There's no doubt we need an infusion of talent along the DL...and we'll likely do so through the draft and FA.

Again...I don't see why he would make that move.

Perhaps he sees his alma mater suffering and feels obligated to help.

Hey, jbeard82 are you a beard, and if so related to the late wendall beard The Old president of Ryder trucking company? He was my grandfather and was from Watertown, Tn. We still have family there just wondering if we were kin.

Yeah i don't get what he means by "traction". "Traction" in recruiting means to me that he's listening to the coaches that are recruiting him and is showing interest back. If setting up an OV isn't showing interest in a school or "traction" from the way I see it, then I don't get what this guy is talking about.



How solid is Farrell anyway?

Uzzi on VQ said that he is hearing we've made an impression. Everything rides on this OV. He's been a no show to Knoxville countless times over the Summer and Fall. We HAVE to get him on campus.
