True. Even as bad as the D was this past season, a coach who could simply manage timeouts and get the correct # of men on the field could have won a few more games. Having 5 legit coaches on the Cinci staff and coming from behind to win in the bowl game told me a lot about this staff Jones brought in.

I'll be honest and say this is exactly why I do NOT subscribe to a pay site. Why? Within 45 seconds of info being posted, it's posted over here for free. I just call it a smart business decision.

O&W brings good info to the board.
He is one of the few, very well respected posters on this board.
I have been on VN since 2008 and have never saw any of O&W posts as being "Sleezy".

You want good info on recruiting, keep your hands off the keyboard and read everything O&W post.

Some people would never subscribe regardless. However, I know a lot of people over the years have admitted on this board that they were motivated to subscribe b/c of the quotes and info available at the pay sites. I respect everyone's opinion on the matter. However, IMO I think it does more good for the websites than harm.

I appreciate the kind words. I enjoy talking football and recruiting with everyone here. Hopefully following recruiting makes it that much more enjoyable for everyone. I know it does for me. GBO :hi:

I'll be honest and say that IMO this is the best recruiting board period. The info here for each recruit is immense. Just an added bonus for us that it's a Vol site. Thanks Freak for letting us hang around. :hi:

I did subscribe a while back to Rivals. Then I found this board and it just made more sense. Of course I have no issue in reading any info shared between sites. My understanding is as long as a person does not copy & paste complete articles/statements then it's no big deal. Keep the info coming.

Exactly. VN is much better. If they had it split up into different forums, like VN, it would be much better. But it's like having the football, bball, ncaa, pub, recruiting forums, etc all in one. No thanks.

IMO, "sleezy" would be to paraphrase the quote. Writing it out as it appears and giving credit to VQ is the proper thing to do. Think of it this way...free advertising for TOS. Both sites would be a little boring if there were no information sharing or posts directly related to articles from outside sources.
