Correct, and he has been quoted as saying that is what he is being recruited for, and UZI (who seems to have some connection to him) has said that the opportunity to play the Jack linebacker position under sal is what has really put us back into it with him.

BTW you guys should get a thread going on over there for UT recruiting. Even Mizzou and aTm have one now. I think UT, Vandy and UK may be the only 3 that do not from the SEC. FWIW.

Alot of good info posted by other rival fans regarding the same recruit you may be recruiting.

Not to mention each have a few good guys that will update info from their side.

Nah I would probably just end up trolling to watch the feathers fly, and I hate when other fans do that here..so I won't go over there and do the same.

Good to hear, but I kind of doubt it. I haven't been by, but I know there was a lot of uncertainty about whether or not he'd be here, so I doubt it got done.

He is officially on campus. Someone needs to get there and paint the damn rock ASAP. This is our biggest target of the entire recruiting class

Poster on VQ who reported that Lawson is on campus is supposedly close to Lawson's HS position coach, former Vol DL Constantine Rittzman.

The poster stated that it is planned for Lawson to return to visit UT later on in the summer with his parents. He also said he prefers to play a 3-4 LB in college over a 4-3 DE & he is most interested in AU, UT, and USC.
