'13 GA CB Shaq Wiggins (Transferring to UT)

Patrick Brown just posted a "Saturday Night Update" on the situation. Was curious if anyone had read it yet.

I've continued to hear nothing but positive things about Tennessee's chances of keeping graduate-transfer CB commitment Shaq Wiggins following his official visit to Mississippi State earlier this week, but we now can confirm that all signs point to Wiggins sticking with the Vols and enrolling in Knoxville this week.

Bless you.

247Sports' Paul Jones (MSU writer) is reporting that Wiggins has informed Mississippi State's coaches that he plans to enroll at Tennessee, so it appears his comments indicating that he's sticking with the Vols haven't been misleading.-247

re-----boom?!?!?!?!

if he was going there? He knows them better (at least the coaches) and he was just there. I think he is either torn or is coming to the good guys.

Logic works in recruiting. Right?

Actually, no, it does not always work. Unless the logic you're using is illogical.

Say what?? But shaq is so "flakey"..

He is flakey look at his background then this last minute visit. That sound like someone that is firm in their thoughts day to day? Sounds flakey to me. Glad he stuck with us as we need depth and competiton there. I don't think he is the shoe-in starter everyone else makes him out to be. He certainly can start though.

I'm not certain he is too flakey. He followed his coach from UGA to Louisville and then respected him enough to listen to what he had to say when he decided to use the graduate transfer rule. He told VQ guys the whole time he was in Starkville that he was firm to UT. I think there may be more flakiness on recruiting forums than with SW. JMO TIFWIW...

Good deal. Call me arrogant but I'm not sure why anybody would pick Mississippi State over Tennessee. They suck

Yes he is. Hopefully he balls out this year. Just because he is coming to UT doesn't mean he's not. He is not an 18 year old teenager anymore. Doesn't mean he is not a talented athlete. It means he went to Georgia and followed his coach to Louisville and is going to third school in five years and after announcing it was the place for him, he went on a visit to see his old coach and did not tell our coaches. Good athlete who is flakey. Definitely has issues with commitments so keep your daughter away from him.

Good thing is once he enrolls, he will have to play and can't transfer again to another college.

Clowns running around be in here. Same ones who suddenly couldn't care less if he comes will be dancing in the streets again

At least I don't let snakes go and ruin our season. Sorry that I have my opinion and when everyone else disappears, I still come back earlier and again to state how I feel. Never said I cared less or more. If he starts and balls out, I am happy. One transfer makes sense. Flipping a commitment makes sense when things happen and you are in high school. Doing it as a 22-23 year old and playing at three in five years is flakey.

We also got clowns running around who can't handle someone having an opinion they don't agree with. If you guys don't think his actions make you stop and think, I did not say you were a clown. But to say such because someone doesn't agree with you, makes you IMO a little flakey. Still consider you a moran however.

I was just gonna post a reply to that too, but as usual you said it better than me so I'll just piggyback your post :)
