That 4.61 seems a bit high but with his 6'1 frame it has me curious if he could grow into a FS

Langley couldn't make it this past weekend b/c his SAT test took longer than expected. He said he is planning on coming up for a visit soon, maybe as soon as this weekend. His top 5 in order is Alabama, UGA, Florida, Tennessee, & Miss. State. He said Brian Randolph is trying to get him to be a Vol, him & Randolph have been friends for a long time & he has always wanted to play w/ him again but he won't choose a school just b/c of that. per 247 article

I know you're just relaying the message jmoore, so this obviously isn't directed towards you. SATs have a time limit just like every other standardized exam. You think he'd be able to plan accordingly. Plus, I don't think they let you leave early just because you finish early. Sounds like a questionable excuse to me.

It starts when the douche administrator says it starts, some start promptly, others not.... You can leave when you have completed the last section if u choose

One of the coaches on his high school staff is from Bristol and grew up a huge Vol fan. Not saying it helps greatly, but can't hurt.

Interesting, i wonder if that helped us with Randolph at all? From what i hear Alabama and UGA are the top 2, Tennessee is in 3rd with everyone else behind them. One of his good friends is Randolph @ UT, but another friend just signed with UGA for track, so he has ties to both schools with friends. UGA is the hometown school and Bama is obviously a monster right now. We are slightly behind, but Randolph will be in his ear. Wouldnt mind landing him, could potentially play WR @ UT with the secondary being so deep.

Top 5 in order per 247 interview: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Miss St.

quoted as saying his relationship with Crimson Tide defensive coordinator Kirby Smart has helped Alabama emerge as the favorite.

Post combine interview names UA leader, also said sevral schools has turned him away because of their negative recruiting. Did not name who they were.

I would doubt that we are one of those schools. Many of our recruits in the past have said that we are one of the few schools that does not negative recruit.

No because UT was still in his top 5, but would be curious who the schools were. I know USC was on list not to long ago and would not put it past Spurrier.

Arkansas is a school that we know for a fact has successfully used negative recruiting tactics against us.

When I think of negative recruiting in the SEC, I immediately think of the following coaches: Franklin, Petrino, and Towel boy.
