"I want to play early in college. I want to get on the field as a freshman, so I will see what schools I have the best opportunity to do that at,"

"Florida, Florida State, and Texas Tech have offered me. I think some other schools have talked to my coach about offering, but those are the only three I know about right now."

Letters are arriving at Northeast High School daily for Coley. Arkansas, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, South Florida, and Tennessee are just a handful of schools that are showing interest that way.

he'll be in Juco or Prep school this time next season. Luke Stampini thinks he's the most talent guy in SoFla for '13.

"If today was Signing Day I would be signing with the Florida Gators. I grew up liking them and I just love Gator Nation. I love the momentum and passion they play with. I loved watching Tim Tebow play for them." Stacey Coley

Oakland Park (Fla.) Northeast wide receiver Stacy Coley says he has picked up recent offers from Ole Miss, Tennessee, and West Virginia. They join Florida, Florida State, and Texas Tech. Coley is an incredibly talented wide receiver with great size and athleticism.

I heard that u all backed off bc of grades, u know if that's true? Seems like u all were the favorite up until lately. A lot of folks say he'll never make grades.

and he had an arrest he didn't disclose with staff. Staff had a sit down with him about his grades and school. They showed up to visit the kid and found out he had cut school most of the week. Damn shame bc he 's the truth. Had 3 catches that were over 70 yards in his spring scrimmage. When you name a top 4 or 5 that includes USF,WV and Marshall you know what's up.

That's crazy. I didn't know about the arrest. I've heard people say hes the best WR in the southeast in this class and he's throwing it all away before it starts.

Is he the Demar Dorsey of offense? I saw how he was doing Tracy Howard and Deon Bush in some long basketball shorts at that 7 on 7 tryout. Boy is nasty.

not even close to Dorsey but it's the fact he lied about it that turned the staff off. They weren't even that concerned about it because it was moved over to family court but the school stuff was a no-go...NE has a staff of Canes and Noles and they don't know what to do with him. He's just one of those kids that isn't a trouble maker but doesn't care about school or football really.

That's a damn shame to waste talent like his. The body control he had on that catch over Deon Bush was something serious. Hate to see a kid this talented waste his talent.

"It was nice. They showed us around and it was nice," Coley said.

"Basically, both of them were excited to see me so they were just going on and going on about the situation and about how they would love for me to come to Tennessee," Coley said.

"I'm still open. I haven't narrowed anything down yet," Coley said. "I'll decide on signing day."

The 6-foot-1, 175-pound receiver plans to take all five official visits and said Tennessee is likely to receive one of them.

"I think they will get another one," Coley said. "(He liked) the field, the locker room. I like the indoor (facility). The hall of fame. Just the whole nine yards."
