He definitely doesn't have amazing straight line speed he is the slower of the 2 best wideouts on that team and the other guy isn't a crazy fast 4.4 guy
He blew by every DB in his video. No one could keep up with him. 4.4 is on the track without pads and has as much to do with reaction to the gun as speed. In his video, on the field, he outran anyone trying to keep up with him when running straight down the field. Even when the QB threw behind him the DBs couldn't catch up to the pass.
Amazing straight line speed guys don't have guys hip to hip with them for the majority of their film and erase cushions and angles, he does not have THAT speed & he didn't blow by every DB in his film. There's a noticeable difference between his film and someone like Pig's film. DW is very good though
Vandy leads per Rivals
Two days after Tennessee receivers coach and southeast recruiter Darin Hinshaw came into Orlando Evans High with guns ablazing to let Dominic Walker know he was a top priority, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound wide receiver has revealed there is a Tennessee school atop his list of favorite schools.
But the school's nickname is not the Volunteers. Another receivers coach has made quite the impression on Walker. Vanderbilt's first-year offensive recruiting coordinator Josh Gattis has struck up a relationship of trust with Walker, and for that the Commodores have one of the top receivers in the nation touting them as his leaders.

You're right. Jeffery isn't a burner but he was really out of shape last year. Since he declared for the draft I think he started working to cut the bad weight and made a vow to get back into better shape.
