'13 FL RB JoJo Kemp

So let me get this straight. Kid has been to USF multiple times and was committed there at one time. Now he can't decide if he should take his official between there and UT?
I don't see the dilemma, with us not having a single back committed and only 1 still on the roster from last years class. I would assume to take a un-official to the local school and official to the better visit of the two.

RB and DT seem to be our weakest recruiting spot lately. I know we're in on several guys but it appears we will finish 2nd best to them at this point.

Running with the Bulls has confirmed that DeLand running back JoJo Kemp will come to USF this weekend for an official visit.

USC laughs at this notion of not being able to recruit great receivers and running backs.

There are other schools that do alright, too.

Name 5 schools who consistently get top WRs and RBs every year. Not even Bama has brought in as many good WRs as UT.

If you look at just high school star rankings, Texas, UGA, Ohio State, Florida, Michigan, Clemson, and even USC don't do too bad yearly.

UGA, Bama, Clemson, Ohio St, USC, Auburn ...

Bama has not had a top WR haul every year. Neither has Auburn or UGA. Clemson has had one really good WR each year, but not a whole class like 3 of our last 4 if this year goes like it looks it might, and Clemson has not had several years of TOP RB commits.

And to whoever said UF...

Clmson has one WR? per year, man what are you talking about. the year they got Watkins they snagged two other 4 star WRs. Peake & Bryant. and over the yrs at RBs theyve had Davis, Bellamy, Spiller, Ellington, Jaime harper
Nevermind: Let me get u a link

Yahoo Sports: Rivals.com 2013 Clemson Commitments
Bama's too
Yahoo Sports: Rivals.com 2013 Alabama Commitments
here u can go do team by team and research it yourself.
good bye

Lol I wonder if you can even spell manners...

Per your link, Clemson got one 4* WR last year, a great class with Watkins in 11, one good one the year before that, and one the year before that.

 at Bama not having a top WR haul every year  mannn I m out

I'll give you Bama, didn't realize how MANY WRs they pulled.

Point is it's rare that a school pulls in top classes in both areas every year, especially when you're not winning.

Recruitment of elite defensive tackles has been a challenge for us for a very long time. All too frequently, we have had to manufacture serviceable DTs out of players who simply do not possess the physical tools to excel at the position. Take a look at the charts in posts 29 and 30 of this thread (http://www.volnation.com/forum/tennessee-vols-football/187674-recruiting-sec-orange-2.html); they clearly illustrate why this has been such a problem for UT recruiters.

Are we out of it with Kemp? I'm going to be extremely disappointed with 0 RBs this year missing out on all of them.

USC
Alabama (they do get good WRs as well, they just don't get as much recognition as their RBs)
Texas
Florida
Georgia

Georgia no, definitely not UF. Have you seen their WR group? Look Back over their classes, UGA has not had elite WR classes consecutive years, they had one 4* last year. UF has no good WRs right now.

Deland (Fla.) three-star RB Jojo Kemp's college visits have come to an end, and now he just needs some time to decide.
The three-star running back took his official visit to USF this weekend, and had nothing but positives to say.

Kemp has visited South Florida before, and has seen the new and improved facilities. This trip was his first time visiting with the program under new head coach Willie Taggart though.
"I like Coach Taggart," said Kemp, "he's an easy coach to relate to."

Kemp was hosted by Bulls safety Mark Joyce. He was taken to Busch Gardens and rode roller coasters. The recruits were also taken to play laser tag.

The fact that USF is only about two hours from Kemp's home plays a large factor in his decision.
"It stands apart because it's close to home," he said.

Kemp has not yet made his decision, "I'm going to decide before Signing Day," he said, "within five days from Friday."

The way Kemp announces his decision hasn't been decided, but Bulls fans should keep a lookout.
It was reported that Kemp's choices are down to either Tennessee or USF

Hmmmm and he hasn't visited? Either he really, really wants to play in the SEC and is just waiting for the okay from us (despite not visiting) or this is misinformation.

I'd love to have him as a compliment to Ford.
