I know you didn't. We respect you as a poster and as someone who brings information from all over the southeast. But when we have information that is not what you hear, you will disregard it and say well this is what other moderators say about his situation.

At some point, given our recent downfall as a program, it would be nice to have good news about a big time prospect, and not have someone come and try to shoot it down with citations from forums all across the country. this has never been about e-cred or ego, but rather about what our program means to us, and how we relay information to this board which has been nothing but excellent. i dont take you personal or anyone else on the board. information is simply what it is, just information. its not always fact or true, but just a relay.

I try to reserve getting too excited about a recruit until I'm fairly certain they'll be wearing orange, but wherever henry goes, he'll be a beast. The guy is a manchild. I can't wait to see him in orange and white.

The only thing I have said is the longer he waits the better for UT. That if he announces before the season it looks like UA. You said he told Vol players he was coming to UT, but only to them because it is not anywhere else, but could be true. I said our insiders say different now. Maybe you are right or maybe our side is. We will see next month. And maybe Henry is playing the game as you said he is and lying to everyone publically as you are saying or I should say being told. But pubically this is what he has said and not from any insider from either side, but his direct quotes from Henry himself.

Post UT trip prior to going to UA for the weekend from GoVols247.

"... Just spoke with five-star athlete Derrick Henry, who has been visiting UT the past few days. He said Alabama still leads, but Tennessee is now No. 2 ahead of Georgia.

Post UA trip per our paid sites.

"I would say they stretched their lead out a little," Henry said, "I love it over at Alabama. I feel very comfortable there, I love how they run a business, and I love how they operate things."

He also said at that time was still taking OVs and deciding in Dec. So maybe one school somehow in 1 day after that last quote changed his mind and maybe it is UT. Again we will see in Aug.:toast:

I agree it is always and I have said UT has a chance with Henry. Henry will be a great pickup for any program. Do not take this the wrong way but a huge pickup for UT where UA a great pickup but with Jones and Tenpenny onboard not a huge miss.

i appreciate your insight and your knowledge. i just simply said what i said because thats what happened. sure it could change. but this whole thing has been weird ever since he decommitted form UGA, and i dont know whats going on in the kids head. sentimore seems to be confident. thats it. im sure henry has mirrored the same things to other players. i saw henry at the O&W game and he seems interested. but i understand the allure of Saban and playing for the program, i do. its nothing but elite.

Tw the type to walk into your house, put his feet on the coffee table, take a dump and not flush, and bad mouth the black sheep of your family. It's ok for a family member to do it, but ignorant for a visitor to. So IMO tw is either not smart and simply not cognizant of where he is, or he's a troll half the time raining on every parade and just being a general inconsiderate douche, after being invited into our home mind you.

it should be interesting to see what happens. I honestly believe Henry is a vol. form what i have heard from players, this kid sees the easiest path to starting for an elite RB coach.

I did not even know Henry was at your spring game. UA was not in it for him until he contacted the UA staff in May. I honestly think Henry had legit interest in UA and wanted to commit to UA when he first visited and then decommited from UGA, but the our staff would not take it because of other RBs already commited. But again I have disagreed with our insiders on Henry for a month now that he will end up at UA. But we will see if I am right or they are.

the elite rb shuffle is coming to an end. Kamara is either UT or UGA, Henry either UA or UT. so one of us getting something. I think kamara has been so quiet because of croom's mom helping him with the process. henry, who knows, kid retweets everyone's tweet, either clemson fan, alabama fan, or UT fan.

I have no clue on Kamara, because if he was really going to end up at UGA like I thought it would have already happened. So no clue with him right now.
