It's been Bama the whole time. Anyone who believed otherwise was lying to themselves.
Doesn't mean he doesn't act like a troll half the time. A lot of his posts r backhanded, Sarcastic posts about UT's inferiority.. He may not come right out and say it, but I see through his bs.. Look at that post above I quoted of his and tell me u don't take offense to a gator saying that on our board. F that... We r UT.
I never said we "turned him down" UF just didn't like him at RB. If he wouldn't to play another position then I'm sure he would have been He was offered as an ATH but he wanted to be offered at RB. All this is widely known. Rusty, Chris Nee and Chad Simmons has spoken on this at some point. UF board at RB was Lane, Green and Taylor. UF got 2 out of 3. It's nothing against the kid but UF isn't the only program not willing to offer at RB.
I agree stovol amazing that uf turns down in state 5 star players, i guess there just that good.
Florida never "turned him down". The poster who said "he would be a Gator if his offer was for running back" is partially correct. For whatever reason Florida didn't offer him as a true running back. He was offered as an "athlete" according to DH. He might have had a chance to compete for a running back spot, but that chance was slim to none. If he went to Florida, he was looking at playing at the Te/H back spot more then likely. He wants to play running back and wants to be at a place where they can develop him. As long as Alabama gives him a chance to play running back, that's where he will end up. UT was a back up option in case anything happened with his first two options last time I talked to him. Whoever gets him, will get a hard working dude though. Had a chance to train with him and a couple of other football kids this summer. Dudes a beast.

I can't see Bama offering him at RB. They already have two committed that are ahead of him on their board.
yeah I said on here a while back that a few people on the bama side said he had committed to bama around the time he decommitted from UGA. but i doubt we will ever know this publicly.
If Alabama offers him at RB it would not be because they need him there IMHO. But more because they don't want to play against him at RB.
Cookie? Just to see some of you self-aggrandizing Bama fans go silent when you realize your 'insiders' are guessers, nothing more.
based on the past few years, I would say some of them are pretty good guessers. fwi, UGA insiders were saying the same thing. so i guess u can take the homerism out of it now. I cant speak for anyone else but I know insider info is not the end-all.
So if UF would have offered at RB then he would be gator?
this. it's a win win for Bama. They can give him his shot, and whether he thinks he deserves it or not they can make that call and put a freak athlete wherever they want him. That AND they don't have to put up with him in Orange.
