Good job dodging the question.

more on O than UT but of course you'll think UT has more w/o Bray, Hunter, DR and Rivera. UF will return a starting QB, 2 solid WR and 3 above average TE and a OL that should be a Top 2 until in the SEC.

A better O IF Bray, Hunter and DR leave for the NFL.

Okay so say we reload with a veteran line leading the way on O. Our skill players will look like this:

RBs: 4th year Neal, 3rd year Lane, 3rd year D.Young, 3rd year Tom Smith, 2nd year Bourque, 2nd year Alden Hill, and 2nd Watson.

WRs: CP, J.Croom, Pig Howard, and Drae Bowles at the top. We'll be a bit thin there.

We'll get better than decent QB play(probably better than your QBs).

Our defense will be fun in 2013 though 3rd year AJ and Maggitt playing behind McCullers, Sentimore, Couch, T.Taylor, and O'Brien up front. 3rd year Jordan Williams off the edge and the secondary will be mature with Randolph, Coleman, Bonner, and Moore leading the way. With Tino Thomas, McNeil, Orta, and Daniel Gray providing quality depth back there. 6th year and hopefully healthy Herman Lathers will help with the lack of LB depth. But C.Harris, Bynum, D.Sapp, and J.King should be able to help in some capacity. Keep thinking blowout if you want HG. End up on the wrong end of one next year. :)

I'm of the persuasion that Pig, Croom, Meredith, Bowles, Peterman/Worley will be a solid core to build around. No worries. We just need to get the monkey off our back to take good recruiting to the next level.

If we land a top flight back this cycle we should just run it down everyone's throats. We are building quality depth as well. The style and strengths of the team may change, but we're not going to drop off that badly when Bray, Hunter, and Rogers leave.

Forgot to mention - UF has a crappyyear,,,,Moosecamp on the hot seat,,,,makes recruiting a bit tougher.

Who are these WRs you speak of? I agree with the TEs and OL but your QBs and WRs won't be better than our secondary. Then you've got to remember our guys will be in their second year under Sunseri. I'll take Sunseri matched up on your Boise State boy any day.

Debose and Pittman will be a solid...your WR and RB won't beat our D. JMO without your trio UT's O will be average at best heading in '13. Say what you like about Bosie system it's one of the hardest to gameplan for. Ask UGA, Bama and Okie.

that's always funny to read...UF going 7-6 still landed a top 5 class. Even during Zook years UT averaged top 5 classes. Unlike UT instate talent is going to always be there. UGA and Texas had losing season and finshed top 3 in those years. Also, with UM's hammer coming UF could go 5-7 and still get a Top 10 class bc instate kids want to bring UF back.

OK keep thinking that..UT has a number of guys that could jump ship. Going into the Swamp next w/o Bray,Hunter and DR is a blowout waiting to happen. Better win this one.

So all your JR's not jumping ship? Easley, Jenkins, Powell, Reed, Patchan, Floyd?

I could see Floyd bc of his family but Ease and Powell won't have 1 or 2 round grades. I could be wrong but Patchan is a SR. I only see Floyd and Elam jumping.

Terrible argument, Boise state had a whole month to create a game plan to be Bama and Okie in the Bowl game and a whole offseason to prepare for UGA. They don't have to put a lot time to game plan against the crap teams that they play so they allocate more time against the good ones.

Why would they not have the 1st or 2nd round grade? I would think they would easily be in the second round. And also for the record, I think Bray stays for his SR year so I think he is under center in Gainesville.

I'm not saying Pease won't be successful at UF, but name one coach on either side of the ball from Boise that has been successful without Peterson.

I watched what Bryan Harsin did at Texas last year. Don't expect any miracles, especially with your skill position players.

Peterman has been praised by several whO've watched him. Chaney said Peterman was the most intuitive QB he's had since Brees. We'd have CP back? Pig, Lane, Croom, Merideth, for peterman to throw to. Our defense will be a top 10 defense going into 2013. We have a good year this season and we will just bring in more impact players. Don't be naive enough to believe UT will fade into obscurity just because we lose Bray, Hunter and DR. UF will lose more going into 2013 than UT will.

I should also point out that Pease was a position coach at Boise until last year. His offenses at Kentucky and Baylor weren't exactly dominant. We'll see how he does coaching in a real conference this time around.

How is it a flawed argument? I don't disagree with you regarding coaches from the Saban tree. However, we're not talking about Saban's tree, we're talking about Pease and Peterson's tree.

If you want to talk about Saban's tree we can talk about Muschamp...
