'13 FL ATH Lemond Johnson (UT Commit 12/16/12)

I will concede with 100% certainty, he's the best recruiter as far as the candidates I've heard. No offense but I hope we can steal him from you. :hi:

Can't lose what we don't have, but I sure hope he comes home. He is top five national recruiter - even stole a couple from the Sabanator.

It was said on here he was just making 205k. What's correct??

I've seen the $350K figure very authoratatively. Here is what is now being said in AU reporting.

Dameyune Craig, who interviewed for a job at Auburn on Wednesday, has told Auburn coach Gus Malzahn that he will remain at Florida State. He met with Malzahn on campus and, we're told, the two discussed Craig becoming the team's wideouts coach. In light of several several recent coaching defections at FSU, we're told coach Jimbo Fisher worked diligently to keep his ace recruiter on staff.

DC Mark Stoops (Kentucky), DE coach D.J. Eliot (Kentucky) and RB coach Eddie Gran (Cincinnati) have taken new jobs during the past two weeks.

Maybe he got a raise from $205K to $350K?

Thanks SC. If the 350k is correct them pulling him away from FSU is a very different animal than we thought a few days ago.

I can't find the recent article where it said he was raised to $205k, maybe someone else has it?

But here's the article from 3/11 where it lists FSU salaries and CDC made $192,500 at the time.

I can't find the report of salary on Rivals right now, but I do know we offered $400K due to him making $350K. maybe the difference comes in the forms of recruiting incentives, season record, etc.

Maybe it is just that Auburn payed him 350k out of high school, so now they offered 400k :)

Auburn commitment Lemond Johnson is close to decommiting from Auburn and commiting to Tennessee. A major factor cited in the potential move is his close relationship with former Auburn, now Vols coach, Tommy Thigpen. Since he will be an early enrollee, his decision could be imminent.
