He is not the biggest, not the fastest, etc, but he is a young man who has faced adversity, gone through real life battles, and has shown to be a leader...
Im not necessarily saying we should recruit the guy, but more or less getting his story out there, b/c its a very inspiring story!
Dooley wants a leader to emerge from his team and this is a type of player you want on your team anyday of the week just b/c of what he can bring to the table in the form of leadership, dedication, and hard work!
