Still nothing on Ford. The coaches are on lock down mode and not letting anyone know much about anything. As of saturday they were very confident about EJ, nothing had changed with Bell or Miller. Not hearing anything on Boyd or Brown.

The media guys may as well leave the university for now and work the phones of prospects and high schools.

why would ford sign with auburn if threated to sign now or your out? id say kick rocks if it was me...shouldn't let a school tell you what to do when your making a choice at where you want to spend some of the most important years of your life...and why would he sign with a school that gonna have all these RB's ahead of him when he can play at a better school,more playing time, etc...this is a no brainer if you deeply think about it!

I don't have a good feeling about this. We seriously need to land a stud RB. If we whiff for the second year in a row, it's not good. I know CBJ and the staff are working hard, but what's more perplexing to me is that prospective running backs for some reason don't see the opportunity they have to run behind a much improved offensive line at UT. If not this year, we HAVE to land two or three studs RBs next year.
