Ive been to Auburn..for the 2003 Casey Clausen almost "miracle comeback" lol Yes, I agee, it is a very nice campus. Very clean. Jordan Hare is a very intimidating site for opposing teams, no doubt. I guess I thought all the attrition there lately (firings, 1-8 SEC, etc) would put them 6 ft under like it has for us! lol

We still have an in home as well. If we can weather the storm, I think CBJ and staff can sell him on being the only RB commit of the class. Plenty of early playing time.

Thats an interesting take. I'd like to monitor his in homes with signing success and see the ratio.

The one aspect that gives me confidence that we have a shot is that Ford stayed in contact with the Vol staff before and after his OV at Auburn. Really believe we currently have more to offer than Auburn.

Personally I think that we need Ford really bad. With an upcoming senior and two juniors on the RB depth chart I believe we need a RB in this class. I think, in the least, he could get some mop-up duty this fall and possibly push for more by supplanting DY at no. 3.

Most head coaches schedule their In home right after big visits that they are worried about.

Saban after bell visited OHS.

Jones after bell visited Bama.

Here it seems jones is content being that last one in the home. IMO he feels good and thinks he will be the last man standing.
