Any relation to the Stovall kid that played at ND? He was a nice red zone target. I can't remember the name, Maurice?

James is a great receiver, but will probably end up at MTSU, or a school similar. He has been a fun football player to watch for a few years now and should have a great Sr year.

I wonder if this kid helped the coaches decide to offer Sanders early? Just a thought.

The coaches had told James if he showed up at camp and ran in the 4.4's they would be interested. He ran a 4.6 that day, so when he left camp, he knew he would not be offered. As I said earlier in the thread, I fully expect him to land at an MTSU type program. He will be successful at that level.

Nice story. Good kid from what I hear. Wonder how fast he might get with a little run training. 19 catches for 181 against an Oak Ridge..........wow

He is very athletic and has very good hands. He made some catches last year that wowed everyone. He is also a very good basketball player.
