He also wants to play both basketball and football in college

"Zach always has the right attitude in everything he does," Hennings said. "He goes all out, he's a hard worker, he's professional in that he's just that way as a person. He is a 4.0 student, he's the class president, he's in all kinds of leadership boards at school. That's how he is as a person.

Pretty impressive

Has he received an offer? Has he shown interest in coming to the greatest school in all the land?

Picked up a Vols offer, also now has offers from Alabama & USC.

The offer list for 2012 offensive lineman Zach Banner is starting to become an embarrassment of riches. Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Cal, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon, Oregon State, Penn State, Tennessee, UCLA, USC and Washington are already in the mix.

Banner is a 6-foot-9, 310-pound offensive tackle from Lakewood (Wash.) Lakes who wants to play basketball and football in college. A source said he's adamant about playing both sports and whichever schools provide him that opportunity will have an edge in his recruitment.

Long way from K- Town. I do not believe there has every been anyone from WA that I can remember. If you wants to plays hoops, he is similar to our current center in size,

Playing both football and basketball in college will be very tough, in the end he will probably have to choose between the two. But you never know i guess

They have a lot of big kids on their OL but it is hard miss Banner out of all those highlights.

He's huge and has good agility. Good basketball player too and that helps with the Washington Huskies. Dont know if Lorenzo Romar ( UW Coach) is interested or not though

Kid said that he wants to stay out west. His biological father was Lincoln Kennedy the former Raiders lineman. I'd look for it to be a Washington, Oreogn battle.

I heard Lincoln talking about him one day. He said that Zach is a very good basketball player and he hasn't decided what sport he wants to play. He went on to say that if he keeps growing, it'll probably be basketball.
