'12 VA DT Korren Kirven (Bama signee)

I got you. Appreciate the info as usual.

You still live in Asheville? I'm going to be up there next month. Love that town.

Still have a house there but in Chapel Hill at the moment while wife is in grad school and I consider getting my PhD.

When you are in Asheville, if you like good ribs or pulled pork go to 12 Bones. Only open for lunch and the line is long unless you go before 11:30am or after 2pm.

Is it legal to send a professor in the architecture department up with the coaches to see him and his parents?

I don't think it is but that sounded like what they really wanted to accomplish from the visit.

Why do that?? Go ahead and give him his diploma in Architecture and present his sheepskin to him when he signs his LOI.

If he makes All-American give him a master's.

'Krootin ain't all that hard -- you just have to be creative.

so like you already know this all got destroyed before i even drove away, like by the time i got in my car and circled around to see our work they were painting over it. so freakin pissed. but heres what we did. we had a mess up and had to turn what was going to be a tunnel with kirven walking through it into a tombstone. only thing we could think to do with a tall black circular thing lol.

TW...

Hubbs said that Kirven's parents did not accompany him to Alabama on his visit there, but I thought you said they did. Did I just "misremember" that??

I saw the Hubbs quote but it said his mother did not. So I guess only his father attended the visit with him. Atleast what was posted on here said his mother never saw UA.

Didn't Hubbs also say that Sal was his main recruiter at UA, but Shurburtt just said that....

new defensive coordinator Sal Sunseri has developed a good relationship with him in a short amount of time.

From our sites it Rumph took over his recruitment once he came to UA this past spring. That Sal was the main recruiter until Rumph took over VA for us.

Understandable. Was worth a try.

Excellent work. Love it. Wish the parents were coming to see it and the other group didn't paint over it.

Solid as usual TW, I appreciate it.

Hope you never win another game, my friend.

Love Asheville as well. Great town.

I'm in the process of moving to the triangle myself. :)
