Santos is a Vol.

Last weekend he saw TAMU lose because of poor coaching decisions. Dooley has made some of those both this year and last, but never to that degree, and the bad decisions he has made have been more than offset by some very good gambles that have worked perfectly combined with some very solid game plans. Santos can see the difference in the coaching between Tamu and Tennessee and also understands that Sirmon can coach him all the way to the NFL if he works hard and is willing to learn.

While nothing is impossible when it comes to 17-18 year old kids and recruiting, the only scenario that would worry me is if for some reason AJ Johnson were to take over the MLB spot and ball out there.

tennessee is holding down the middle of the pack pretty well. we are gonna have some trouble taking it from you

Good luck trying to catch-up. Difference between UT and aTm is UT has the capacity to rise again.. aTm is mediocre now, as they always have been, and the move into the SEC cements their place in football history as nothing more than a mediocre program.

Congratulations.

Well, it's official. Texas Aggie has gone from friendly outside poster to full blown goofball troll. Congratulations.

Ya see what SEC expansion gets you? More goofball trolls. That is all.

Yup. Thought he was gonna be ok, showing his true colors now.

Wish everyone would just shut-up about what they've "heard" about Santos. He'll be here for LSU, the atmosphere will be electric.. if that doesn't win him over then we'll move on.

I'd imagine aTm joining the SEC will be similar to you joining this board. Mind numbing, insignificant, somewhat comical and bad grammar and punctuation.

I agree thunder. No matter how much someone says it though, there will always be certain folks who have an insecurity or 3, and will not believe it until signing day. Great post btw. GBO!!!

AJ Johnson jmoore....AJ Johnson...

I remember you being freaked out about that one and I kept telling you to chill and it turned out pretty good for us...

And there was alot more to be concerned about there than there is in this situation...

A&M has nothing....repeat NOTHING....on us here except proximity....

Santos and Jacobs will be Vols on NSD

"I'm solid," Santos said about his status. "Tennessee is where I'm going to be. I might take my officials because not to many people get to do that. It's a great experience, but nothing is going to change. It was a long process for me and I'm happy with where I'm at. It's where I want to be. I'm totally firm with my decision."

"I texted my dad when I was at the game and told him I wished I was in Knoxville," Santos said. "I went with a buddy of mine. It was a quick trip. I was in and out and no one from Texas A&M talked to me. I wasn't there for that. I just went to have a good time and watch a good game."

Santos said he is waiting to get an online class cleared by the NCAA so he can be an EE.

Who on The Sports Animal said they heard Santos was going to decommit? I need to know who to ignore from this point forward.
