per my twitter timeline and the texas beat reporters - Dalton Santos now is 6'3 265 pds, 4.5 speed. So this loss is starting to hurt even more.

Ole Bennie Wylie worked some miracles over the weekend.

I can't believe his dad made him stand there and smile like that, put up that stupid hand sign, and look like a kid in a candy store. His dad ought to let him make up his own mind for pete's sake. /thick sarcasm for those whose meter is broken

Who cares, we wished he would of stuck with us, he's not, Vince Young is never returning for Mack Brown, stereotypes of old white men from Texas are all true, move along, close thread.

Again, I don't mean to be that guy, but we didn't need him. We have more pressing matters to take care of. Additionally, we already have a very good, very young linebacking core (again, youth is prevalent...). Otha, Maggit, Johnson, Harris... we have a great group there, so Santos would have been nice for insurance, but probably wouldn't have played a tremendous amount this season. So next year, we can go after a different linebacker. He may even be a more sought-after prospect if Dooley continues to put together a good class for next year and wins some games this year. This one really has no major effect.

They left the hanger in the background for artistic quality. Good luck Dalton, hope it works out for ya.:peace2:

Let me put it this way. If my son ever entertained the idea that he was going to....lets just say south...he would just have to shoot me.

Doesnt matter if he has a Tennessee offer or not.

In all honesty I would have to get over it. I would still be a Vols fan but wouldn't block an opportunity for my kid.

Hate to see him flip, but can't hate on a kid for going to his home state school. Tennessee will be fine without Dalton and vice versa. Hope he does well and makes his fam proud.

Oh, and wait til Mack Crowder meets him over the middle.
