Let's see where the kid ends up before you guys start saying things about his family.

No wonder we have had recruiting people comment about message boards and some Vol fans.

He is playing this up as far as it can go. We will soon learn if he has been playing us or everybody else. All's fair in love, war - and recruiting apparently. Not the way I would have my son handle things.

Sky is falling.....

Good grief. Dooley encourages kids to take all their visits, and you would be crazy not to in my opinion. Anyone who says they wouldn't is lying.

The kid is having fun, let him.

Why do I feel like UGA probably did with Da'Rick two years ago?

Maybe he just wants the Kids at his High School to know that he is a highly sought after guy.

Why does everyone already believe we've been bamboozled? Wait till the dust settles b4 you all continue freaking out!

I apologize for my outburst when it was known that Santos was visiting Texas..I calmed down last night quite a bit, but even moreso this morning.:hi:

The thing that pi$$es me off about this whole Texas ordeal is that they wait until 10 days b4 NSD to start recruiting him..That is total BS..Plus, they weren't even on his list of schools he was interested in..It would have been different had they been recruiting him for a long time..

I guess Mack Brown decided, "Hey why don't we go after that Santos kid that everyone in Tennessee loves just to pi$$ them off"..He sure enjoyed raiding our coaching staff last year..It;s not our problem that one of his commits backed out(or whatever happened there).:ermm:

Anyway, I'm over it and ready to move on to someone else..Any other possibilities?

We are doing the same thing to Chase Robison as a back up plan.

How is it BS? They feel as though he will be good for their program and now they have a little room.

I'm one of the few optimistic people here about Dalton. But, a life-long Texas fan who had been passed over for at least a year by the Texas staff just got offered about a week ago. He now is taking a visit and bringing his family. This visit is not just for "fun."

Too many people are jumping to conclusions. Yes, Santos has been taking his visits. He has said that he would from the get go. Yes, he is visiting the popular in-state team (Texas) this upcoming weekend. Santos obviously likes Texas because it is where he was born and raised. Just like most VN posters really like Tennessee because that is what they were raised to like.

Dalton Santos just last week said he loved his visit with Sal Sunseri and that he is 99.99% Vol. That is good enough for me. There is obviously still a pretty good chance he could go elsewhere, but if he does it was his choice. No reason to start acting like TN didn't want him. Because it is obvious he is a very important recruit to this class.

I think he sticks with Tennessee. If not I wish him the best of luck. It is his choice and there is nothing wrong with picking the home-state school.
