I really just wish Dooley & staff could evaluate talent and find stars without having to look at 'stars'

It's going to be hard for Santos to show off when he'll be playing vanilla pass coverage the whole game. We'll really see what kind of player he will be pass coverage-wise.

His attitude is a large part of what makes him one of my favorite recruits. He wants to work to be the best. And when you combine that with a good amount of talent, you have the groundwork laid for a great player.

The fact that he's in the game, is a high 3* (5.7), is only 3 spots from the next 4* MLB on Rivals and is so highly rated by all other recruiting sites all but guarantees he gets the 4th star on Rivals...IMO

Unless he absolutely bombs during the practices and in the game he will be bumped...Rivals doesn't want to look like they missed something by rating him so differantly than all the sites have

Randolph didn't play in either of the 2 major All Star games, was over 20 spots away from the next 4* safety going into the final rankings update and wasn't a highly rated 4* on every other site...

Other than that it is a similar situation

Then you have more hope for Rivals than I do.

Won't be hard for him to blow up a ball carrier though. That's what I want to see. A majority of us on here understand these games are built for the offense to shine, much like all major sports all-star games.
